FAQ/Return Policy

I just ordered, when will my item ship? 

- Items are shipped 2-3 business days after ordering and shipped via first class or priority USPS mail service

 

Can I wash/clean my walker bag?

- Unless otherwise indicated in the listing, walker bags can be hand washed and laid flat to dry

 

Do you accept returns?

- Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase and in original condition.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
